Who looks after your information
CueCraft is responsible for the information you provide through this website. Contact hello@cuecraft.com with privacy questions or to withdraw your signup.
Signing up for news
We collect your email address, the date and time you sign up, the page you used, your subscription status and the consent wording you were shown. We use your consent to keep you informed by email about the website launch, product ranges and CueCraft news. Signing up is optional.
The form currently saves your signup for later use in our mailing system. It does not send an automatic confirmation email. We do not sell your details or give them to other organisations for their own marketing.
Storage and security
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the signup list on our behalf. Authorised people helping CueCraft operate the website and mailing list can access it. We may transfer your subscription to a mail service provider acting on our behalf when we begin sending updates; we will update this notice when that service is selected.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser information, for security. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details of its processing, international transfers and safeguards.
Keeping and removing information
We keep your subscription while you want to receive our updates and the mailing list remains in use. If you withdraw consent, we stop using it for marketing. We retain only the consent and suppression records needed to respect your choice and demonstrate how your subscription was handled.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@cuecraft.com. Our marketing emails will also include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy where applicable. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
