Below we have a selection of frequently asked questions from our customers that we have previously answered for your information.
Is my Cue straight? How can I check it?
“I’ve rolled my Cue across the table and it wobbles, I don’t think it’s completely straight”
One of the greatest misconceptions out there, is that you can easily tell a Cue’s straightness by rolling it across a Snooker Table.
Most Cues do not feature a completely straight Taper, which can result in a very light “Wobble” and appear slightly bent when rolled across a Snooker/Pool Table. Wood is of course a natural product, and will always be gently affected by the environment it is kept. Minor warps are perfectly natural, and are not indicative of damage or a manufacturing fault.
The ideal means of testing for straightness is to close one eye and sight down the cue (Akin to looking down a rifle!)
Looking down from towards the Tip from the Butt end, rotate the Cue very slowly 360˚ Degrees. The Tip & Ferrule should remain full visible throughout the process.
Any anomaly’s in the wood will be clearly visible from this angle.
When can I expect my delivery?
Different methods of shipping will provide different delivery times. All orders are processed within 24 hours from the moment we receive the order. (Excluding Saturday’s)
- Royal Mail 1st class generally takes 1 to 3 working days.
- Royal mail 2nd class generally takes 2 to 5 working days.
- Our Courier service normally takes 48 hours.
- A guaranteed next day delivery service for mainland UK orders can be selected at the checkout for orders received by 2pm which is available Monday to Thursday.
What is your returns policy?
As long as the ordered item is unused, we will be happy to provide a full refund. You can contact one of the team here with any queries you may have about returns and refunds by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01909 474461.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for the United Kingdom Mainland start at £5.95 (Inc VAT). Please note that large or heavy items such as tables are sent via specialist courier whom will contact you to arrange delivery.

I have ordered an incorrect item, can I exchange it?
If the item is as new and can be resold then please return it for a full refund or an exchange.
Can I track my order?
On some orders we provide you with the tracking details which will be sent via the couriers software if an email address and or mobile phone number has been provided.
