Ambersil HS 300 High Strength Spray Adhesive - A high strength adhesive, formulated without Methylene Chloride or other chlorinated solvents.

Spray Adhesive HS 300 will provide high-strength bonds in many different areas:

Applications:

  • Chipboard and Concrete.
  • Insulation Materials.
  • Canvas and Leather.
  • Paper, Wood and Cork.
  • Metal, Plastic and Rubber.

Apply an even coating to both surfaces to be bonded from 9” - 12” (25 - 30cm). Wait until the adhesive is tack-dry and bond the surfaces together using firm pressure.

N.B. May affect certain plastics. Always test a small, inconspicuous area before general use. To prevent blockages, invert the can after use and spray to clear the nozzle.

Appearance: Clear, amber liquid.
Odour: Acetone.

Polymer type: Styrene Isoprene Copolymer.
Tack time: Approximately 2-10 minutes.
Bonding time: Maximum adhesion in 12/24 hours.
Temperature range: Up to 50C (dried film).
Solubility: Soluble in some solvents, insoluble in water.
Recommended solvents: Amberklene FE10, ME20 and L030.
Flammability: Classified as extremely flammable under CHIP Regulations.
Packaging: 500ml aerosol.

Storage:

The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 36 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50OC, away from direct heat and naked flame.
